Business Analyst

Job Duties:

The Business Analyst primary rolls are to assist and lead system and process improvement efforts within the company. This person will become the subject matter expert in the company’s core systems and business processes and work toward helping the company to continue improve processes and use of key systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the company’s core systems.
  • Understand all the key processes of the business
  • Document all system processes
  • Work with IT Manager and CFO to recommend key process and system improvement projects
  • Work with project teams to implement project improvements efforts and systems
  • Draft statistical reports that assist decision-makers in choosing the right programs
  • Manage major project and process improvement schedules, charters, documentation, and implementations
  • Act as the communication bridge on system and technology process improvements between the business, admin, and technology team
  • Build reporting and metrics to improve information availability to company users
  • Able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming

 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology and or project management
  • PMP preferred but not required.
  • Three to five years of related experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift, up to 15 pounds at a time.
