Project Coordinator - Sanford, FL

JMH is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator (3 to 5 years) in the Construction Industry.

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Managers in the overall administration of projects. Some of the key responsibilities are; Review Contract Documents, Produce AIA Documents, Change Order Documents, Order Material, Permits, NTO, Utility Line Locates, Subcontractor Documents, Purchase Orders, Submittals, RFI’s.

Construction experience required: 3 years
