EXPERIENCE
Jessica has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Her career began as an Administrative Assistant in 2002 for an electrical subcontractor and progressively transitioned to Human Resources for the past eight years. She is a collaborative leader that takes the initiative to pursue business goals and promotes continuous improvements.

Jessica has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources and a master’s in human resource management. She joined Jon M Hall in August 2022 where she oversees the Human Resources department, and she strives to provide the highest level of support to team members.

PRIMARY FOCUS
Engage in all HR initiatives and tactics of the organization including recruitment, benefit programs, personnel & performance management, and workers’ compensation.
