We’re looking for a Project Superintendent who’s ready to lead large-scale residential and commercial construction projects, specializing in Heavy Mass Grading and Underground Storm/Utility work. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee every aspect of construction projects to ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Lead and motivate field teams, supervisors, and subcontractors to perform at their best.
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on-site while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers to resolve challenges and ensure seamless communication.
- Conduct daily team huddles, safety talks, and proactive planning sessions.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: 10+ years in residential/commercial construction, with expertise in Mass Grading and Underground Storm/Utility work.
- Certifications: OSHA 10 and MOT certifications are required.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Leadership: A proven ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Sharp focus on quality, safety, and organization.
