The program delivers unlimited, 24/7 telephonic assistance and up to four in-person sessions with a counselor per issue, per year.
Additionally, in the event you become disabled from an injury or illness, Jon M Hall offers short term and long-term disability to all benefit eligible team members through Lincoln Financial Group.
