What You’ll Do:
As a General Laborer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality construction services. Your responsibilities include:
- Operating hand and power tools, including drills, forklifts, skid loaders, and other equipment.
- Preparing construction sites, including debris removal, trench digging, and site cleanup.
- Shoveling materials such as dirt and asphalt to and from work areas.
- Following all safety procedures and immediately reporting any violations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site by properly storing tools and materials.
- Loading and unloading construction supplies manually and with equipment.
- Reporting incidents or injuries in accordance with company policies.
- Traveling to out-of-town job sites as needed.

What You Bring to the Team:
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in construction
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb on and off equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong English communication skills (reading and writing).
- Willingness to travel out of town for work, including weekends when needed.
