Jon M. Hall Company is seeking skilled and dedicated Concrete Finishers to join our team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, have a keen eye for detail, and are ready to contribute to high-quality construction projects, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do:
As a Concrete Finisher, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Setting forms to hold concrete in place according to specifications.
- Cleaning and inspecting surfaces to ensure readiness for concrete pouring.
- Directing the casting of concrete with truck drivers for precise placement.
- Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using hand and power tools (e.g., rake, trowel, float, and screed).
- Monitoring weather conditions and their effects on the curing process.
- Applying sealing and hardening components to ensure durability.
- Safely operating power vibrators to compact concrete efficiently.
- Molding and constructing expansion joints using joiners and edging tools.
- Polishing concrete surfaces using a power surfacing machine.

What You Bring to the Team:
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven skills in concrete finishing and handling related tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb on and off equipment, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
