Jon M. Hall Company is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Rear End Dump Operator to join our team. If you’re experienced in operating construction equipment, have a strong work ethic, and prioritize safety, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough pre-shift and post-shift inspections of equipment for safety and mechanical issues.
- Operate and drive heavy construction equipment to haul, spread, smooth, level, or move mass excavation materials.
- Perform all assigned tasks efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain regular attendance and report to work on time.
- Be flexible to take on additional duties as required by management.

- Awareness of surroundings, including other workers, subcontractors, machinery, and moving traffic.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts and construction equipment.
- Moderate noise levels typical of construction job sites.
Language Skills:
- Basic English proficiency to read, write, and follow instructions.
